Remarks This species inhabits a river 4-8 meters wide and 0.2 to 1.5 deep, with substrate composed of sand, with the presence of pebbles and cobbles in riffle sections. It was recorded only in the deepest pools, where it was associated with woody debris along the riverbanks (Ref. 138772).
