Remarks Found near the coast with a depth range from 0 to 40 m; adults dwell in rocky-bottomed areas and juveniles in sandy-bottomed areas (Ref. 50436). Feeds mainly on crustaceans, mostly mysids, fish and annelids. A significant difference in diet was found between analyzed size groups and seasonal changes (Ref. 50436).
