| Remarks | It is apparently observed to be quite common until the 1980s along all the Levantine coasts where it was the most dominant species in large-bodied shark catches (roughly > 85%) (in Baranes & Ben Tuvia, 1978; Saad et al., 2004) (Ref. 108722). |
