Diagnosis	A species of Pseudochromis with the following combination of characters: palatine tooth patches inserted medially behind vomerine tooth patch; large dark grey to black spot on posterodorsal corner of operculum; pale blue curved bar behind eye; and anal fin without broad dark distal stripe (Ref. 87199). Description: Characterized by male with pinkish-orange head and anterior body, dark brown posterior body, narrow white bar behind eye, upper operculum with dark-brown spot; female dark brown color, presence of narrow white bar behind eye, gill cover with faint whitish patch, upper and lower margins of caudal fin brown; anterior lateral line scales 33-36; predorsal scales 17-21; depth of body 29-33 % of SL (Ref. 90102).
