Dorsal spines (total): 1; Dorsal soft rays (total): 13; Anal soft rays: 8. Diagnosis: mouth more or less straight or only slightly curved; barbels absent; last unbranched dorsal fin ray strongly ossified and inflexible; pelvic fin inserts below middle of dorsal fin; 28-29 scales in lateral line (Ref. 81639).
Maximum TL was recorded at 15.8 cm (Ref. 2801).
