Etymology: Microphysogobio: Greek, mikros = small + Greek, physa = to blow + Latin, gobius = gudgeon (Ref. 45335).
Eponymy: Anudarin Dashidorzhi is a Mongolian ichthyologist who was Professor of Zoology, State University, Ulan Bator. Among other works he co-wrote: Mongolian Grayling Thymallus brevirostris Kessler from the Dzabakhan River Basin (1972). (Ref. 128868), visit book page.
