臀鰭軟條: 8. Dorsal fin usually with 9 rays; anal fin with 8 rays; 60-83 scales on back from head to dorsal fin; 66-81, usually 68-75, scales on lateral line; and 16-22 scales above lateral line (Ref. 86798).
Adults inhabit lakes and pools and sluggish runs of creeks and small rivers (Ref. 86798). Migratory behaviour is undetermined (Ref. 126106).
