Etymology: Rineloricaria: Greek, rhinos = nose + Latin, lorica, loricare = cuirass of corslet of leather; 1706 (Ref. 45335); buckupi: Name 'buckupi' in honor of Paulo A. Bucku for his valuable teachings as an advisor to numerous students, including the authors of this paper.
