Dorsal soft rays (total): 14 - 15; Anal soft rays: 10 - 11; Vertebrae: 58. Body slender. Elongated pectoral fin, 5 luminous (?) bodies in ventral midline and posterior base of ventral fin. Body transparent white, dark muzzle, five large ventral blotches and a midline dark chromatophores (Ref. 37473).
